We tried this place out last Saturday… Was pleasantly surprised with a classic car show out front! Food was amazing, service at the counter was very fast and attentive! My wife Beth loved her manicotti and my calzone was about the best I’ve ever had!

I wouldn't get any chicken wings they are terrible. They pizzas are ok sometimes they aren't cooked all the way. It's just a 50/50 thing sometimes it good sometimes it not. Before a small area like sobo you don't got many options. I like the steak stubs and the grilled chicken salad. The fries sometimes be soggy

I ordered some bacon cheese fries as an appetizer and they came out hot, perfectly cooked not greasy, not oily, good crunch and the bacon was fantastic, not like bacon bits.

Really good, the tables are spaced out, they even have a sensor that takes your temperature as you walk through the door, paper plates and u get your own drinks,
Yes. They are open for inside dining spread out by 6 feet.
It is homemade Italian food, there are no alternatives that I know of. Not worth a complaint, by the way.

Maybe you're expecting too much. There is no waiter you order and pay and wait at a table or line up until they call your number. Get your food and leave or grab your tray and sit. It's self serve drink. They gave me utensils and a go box when I walked up and asked for them, so as limited as that is, maybe you didn't walk up with purpose and let them know you needed something. I left my plates and a bus boy picked them up after we left.
