When the food service is actually made, it’s fine. I love Sheetz, but I haven’t been to a Sheetz this slow anywhere in the country. I watched the food staff joke around for a full fifteen minutes, slowly moving about as they did the minimum effort to do their job and literally toss together a meal for another order, before I left without my order having even have been started. Manage your people better.

I’ve stopped at this Sheetz many, many times over the years. Never had a bad experience. Usually average. Stopped today and received great customer service by Truman who was running the register. Amazing employee! People like him make me want to come back!

I ordered 2 grilled cheese and an order of tots it’s took longer than 20 mins to get it. I asked them if they were cooking it they said they had to get the other orders but I ordered before the other people. I know this because I seen them walk in after me. I understand being busy but I’m on my lunch break and I don’t even have time to eat what I bought. They know they get busy like this so they should have more employees or at least faster ones
