Average and clean hotel with pleasant staff. Major complaint is that the Hotel has its main floor reception area bathroom locked and my 75 year old husband had to walk to Starbucks to use a bathroom. The reason given "due to Covid" doesn't make sense since they have an open seating area, breakfast which is included, dining area and indoor pool all open. Just not the bathroom.

Positive: Nothing at all Negative: The fraudulent activities carried out by the hotel staff. Hotel made fraudulent charges on my credit card. Took a whole month and 4 trips back to the hotel to have the charges refunded. Would never stay here or at another Fairfield again.

Positive: Leaving quickly as possibe. Negative: Horrible staff, horrible customer service. Hotel made unauthorized charges on my account and refused to reimburse the funds. As I was trying to have my issue resolved other customers were experiencing the same issues. Worst experience ever!

Thought it would be a great stay, asked for a late checkout which they accommodated. At 3am the air started squeaking, when asked for a room change they responded they can have someone come look at it… at 3:25am. The site falsely advertised a hot tub that was closed. Very upset with our stay even asked if I can have a partial refund if I checked out now and was also told no. Happy anniversary to me and my fiancé. Will never stay at another Fairfield inn.
