You can get to the store, bakery and animal area by simply turning right at the fork once you enter. No need to drive through the entire orchard. Parking is free, and they have freshly picked apples in the store too!
You could make it work, but it would definitely require a bit of effort. The animals and store would be accessible. (You have to drive all the way through the orchards to get there). The road through the orchards is gravel and could be fine depending on the wheelchair, but the ground between the rows of trees is a bit treacherous and could be pretty uncomfortable to ride over. Sometimes it can be challenging because of the grass and the holes and stuff in the ground but Somone in a wheel chair could reach the apples or berries
If someone is there to help push the wheelchair you can see the orchards. The apples are above wheelchair height.
