This place is great. Has a really nice store, with so many unique things. Really yummy baked goods. I highly recommend stopping in here. They have homemade icecream. Apple Cider donuts. Apple Cider slushies wich I love. They have a sparkling apple cider that is to die for.

My husband and I took our two year old son and infant to pick strawberries. It was great! Everyone was pleasant and helpful and there was a ton for us to do In one area so our kid was entertained the whole time. Highly recommend.

Such yummy apples and a great experience! There are so many (SO MANY) different apple varieties to choose from. I find a new favorite apple each time I go. After picking you can then go to their little attraction area with pumpkins to pick …

What an enchanting place! Tucked back in this quiet area, down a low-traffic road chock full of history, you'll find this orchard. After being treated to beautiful views reminiscent of times long gone, the warm, family environment of the …

They don't, just return the containers and tell them that. From my experience the staff is very helpful. Please don't make unfair accusations. This place would never cheat a customer.
You can get to the store, bakery and animal area by simply turning right at the fork once you enter. No need to drive through the entire orchard. Parking is free, and they have freshly picked apples in the store too!
At the time, it was $0.59 per pound various sizes. Also, they had the best prices on apple cider doughnuts.
Apples many kinds, pumpkins, maybe some berries
Yes they are! No worries, they are sanitized and safe 😁👍
A substitute apple for Granny Smith is called Shamrock. It tastes the same and has the same firmness. They have them.
You can pick yourself. They charge $5 per car to enter plus the various costs per different size container. You can also buy prepicked in their store.
They are still doing u-pick and you can buy already picked in their store. Their u-pick apples change all the time. They post a list on their website of what's available for u-pick and in their store.
I don't think so but the Clifton Park transfer station takes yard waste
Yes there is parking and no it's not designated you park along where you're going to pick apples

Your best bet is to contact them directly
You pay them for the apples you pick. It's fun for kids especially and you get fresh fruit. The farm is gorgeous too, it's nice being in the fields and orchards. ALSO it's not just apples! They have strawberries, cherries and blueberries in the Summer. I think they have other fruits depending on the season too.
They do sell 20 oz apples but you have to call ahead like a day or two ahead
They give you a list when you get there and has about 25 kinds, tells you what's ready and what area for each kind
We paid 23.00 for 3 bags of apples. Plus they have apple cider different prices, apple cider also different prices. The prices all depend on what you do and buy.
We picked apples last Saturday, the apples were big and beautiful and loads of them, very sweet to eat
In the fall they also have hot dogs, sausage, pulled pork at least on the weekends. They have picnic tables available. This is in addition to the ice cream and donuts.
Empire Apples are ready in mid September.
