Mike. This depends on how much history of the UP youd like to take in. The full tour is about 1.5 hours though. Well worth it!
About 1.5 hours, depends on how much you look around and if you take the tour into the mine.....well worth the time and money. Was just there 2 weeks ago, 3rd time...I love the history and the area. Check out some other mine spots/ruins as well. Cliff mine or central, both north of calumet...awesome, grab a metal detector and search for nuggets....
We spent a few hours. It's a very interesting and unique tour. I did some Christmas shopping in the gift shop to help support this landmark.
