Very unprofessional and rude. The owner acts like everyone is beneath him and you are a burden for using the service he offers. He treats customers horribly, i attached a screenshot of his post bragging about how he treats customers. …After watching the video from the hidden camera. You can be angry all you want. He was neither rude nor insulting. He simply told you that if you spilled coffee in the van there would be a heft detailing fee. And that I do not allow open drinks in my vehicles. you're just going to have to live with the fact. Some companies have policies and stick to them. You have to understand. I have a business to run. It's not about my personal feelings towards people in general, it's about sticking to my policies. This is the main reason why my cars are extremely nice and clean. it is the reason they are always newer cars. And the fact it costs a lot to keep them going and insured. If you can NOT handle this, than it;'s on you. If you think I'm down nosing you, than you have a serious problem with authority. You simply can;t handle simple policies and rules. And as far as the price. It's the same with any other company. Thanks for the hateful smear job. TOM NO OPEN FOOD OR DRINKS in my vehicles PERIOD.. I want to keep them in good condition for as long as I can. DEAL WITH IT. And believe me. I know who you are in dollar bay. I wont answer you calls anymore. Good luck finding a bar runner at 3 in the morning.

Driver was a no show for my 6am flight out of Hancock this morning. I called to see what had happened, the hours say they are open at 430am, and did not get a response.Please call Ceric 906.370.4094 Maybe there is something we can do to fix this. My apologies for my company, However, I need to verify that you called the right company. After doing some backlog calls. I do not see any calls from Ann Arbor area code the day before or of the flight. I am sorry. In the future if you are in need. Call the owner directly.

This taxi service is very responsive, punctual, with reasonable rates. Ceric is absolutely wonderful to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Superior Transportation if you need a taxi in Houghton/ Hancock and the surrounding areas! 5 star service.

My advice, sir, is that you make greater efforts to be on time for time calls, and if your going to be late or unable to complete the call, call the patron and explain the complication, if at all possible make shorter wait times for rides. I understand these aren't easy problems to remedy. But I sincerely hope you are able to, you do offer a very nice and convenient service.
