I tried to use Lindy's taxi of Suffolk county to get to my doctor's appointment on time. I've tried their service three separate times. Every time they have failed to arrive at my house on time. This last time I had a 10:50 doctor's appointment and it's 11:15 and they are still not even at my house. When he decided to finally show up at my house it was an hour past the appointment time. I told him forget it, I can't show up to my doctor's appointment an hour and a half late thy will not hold my appointment. Very poor organization skills very poor business skills and very poor customer service skills. This company needs to be restructured

Ever since they went to all island transportation it's been slightly better they are trying to improve the reputation but you still have times when you wait over an hour and still no can in sight.

Horrible! They were nasty to an 85 year old women who they picked up from assisted living. Impossible to talk to them. Do not use them.

Agreed! I will never use again unless they are right in front of me. They took an hour and a half to get me after I made an appointment 4 hours in advance for a doctor's appointment. Now I use Uber. Uber has never dissapointed me like Lindy's did!

Hopefully, then we can ensure good customer service for all of those industries. Lindy’s provides the worst customer service imaginable; they deserve to be out of business and would be if they weren’t supported by taxpayer funded rides for crackheads and disabled people.
