What a great experience I had at Centereach Hyundai. My sales rep was a guy named Nick. Nick was very knowledgeable of every car I looked at didn’t matter whether it was a new one or used he knew about it. I told Nick my budget and he worked very well with it which in my opinion was not very easy for him. Nick was such a gentleman from the time I walked in the door until the deal was made. As a matter of fact every employee Centereach Hyundai was very pleasant and professional. When in need of my next car I will definitely reach out to Nick again.

WARNING It took several attempts via phone to get a simple answer regarding a simple vehicle recall! Promises were made that someone would return my calls, later today turned into days which turned into weeks. finally, when i got a hold of someone in the service department who identified herself as the "service cashier" she was extremely rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and irate for no apparent reason. Will certainly NOT be visiting this dealer or its' service department at no point in the future

I would like to commend Hyundai of Centereach for their outstanding service; specifically their sales consultant, Nick Eckert. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in all the different vehicles at Hyundai! Nick was very patient by answering all of my questions and took the time to show me several cars until I found the one I chose to purchase. He was very honest, helpful and courteous. Nick walked me through the entire process from the beginning to the end. After purchasing my new car, Nick also spent much time explaining to me all the new technology inside the vehicle.
