Airways and Ketchum location I visit frequently this particular time I patiently observed the cashier getting very agitated w/ customers as i was at the window I decided on milkshake instead and was told no refunds when I said I didn't want anything

the best hamburger in Memphis!! the other locations can't match the Airways location in my opinion!!

You have to be careful with that location. Its independently franchised and the cashiers are normally aggressive with the customers. They'll refuse to give a refund in a heartbeat
