I've been on line attempting to talk with a sales person for 27 minutes. Is the store really open? I also tried the virtual chat agent and that never answered either. As far as I am concerned, I want my money back for being an elite member.

The store is open to customers. I went there the last few days of October. Geek Squad & Customer Service were both open.
