My cashier Andrea was extremely rude to me, on my birthday. I wanted to use my 5% off birthday reward, but I didn’t know I needed to download the app as I received the reward via email. Instead of waiting to see what I would like to do, she proceeded to ring me up for $37. I feel like my freedom to choose what I do with my money was taken from me and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is an update from my last review. They are maintaining their great customer service. I was greeted at the door and throughout the store. They are extremely friendly, helpful and happy to be there. The team at online pickup were wonderful. They were fast and efficient. Interior was nice, neat, organized, and well maintained. Items were displayed very nicely. Wide aisles made it easier to maneuver. There are self checkout stations at each entrance/exit for fewer items.

If you mean curb side pick up. They have a couple spots in between the two entrances closest to the store. They are labeled with signs. In store pick up you just go to the customer service counter.
It will have changed into the Goodfellow brand. Merona itself has been phased out.
