There is a vehicle fee between Memorial Day weekend (Saturday) and Labor Day. Daily pass is $5 for a county resident; $7 for a non-resident. Annual pass is $15 for a resident and $25 for a non-resident.

Yes, but I recommend parking elsewhere and biking in for free. The roads leading up to the park are very picturesque.

Only if you park inside it, there's a shade cuvettes gravel lot across the street that's free and then you just walk across the road.
