Absolutely abysmal. Went through the drive thru and I ordered two cheeseburger meal with no pickles, a 6-piece nugget, and a crispy chicken sandwich. I was told to pull into a numbered spot and wait for my food to be brought to me. 25 minutes later my order is handed to me. The six piece nugget is nowhere to be found. I open my cheeseburgers to find not only are they stone cold AND contain pickle (which i specifically asked not to have) but BOTH cheeseburgers were somehow made WITHOUT HAMBURGER PATTIES. How on earth can someone be so bumblingly incompetent? I will not ever be returning to this location.

Excellent polite service, busy Tulip time, drive thru line moved fast, order correct with extra ketchup as requested. Pleasantly surprised!

Staff was amazing. Our swim team came after the dining room was closed, but they opened the open the doors. Great service.

I believe McDonald's on Chicago Dr near Zeeland has a play area.

If you order medium fries, and they look like value size, is that a medium? Given half the amount, because someone's doesn't care who's money is beingspent. Smh.

I would go in and talk to manager, if you let them know nicely they often reimburse you, or give you replacement order
