Not in the park, unless you bring something, but McD's & Don Cecilios Mexican Restaurant, Handy Chinese & Subway are less than a mile down the street. Exiting the park and making a left onto Roxboro Road, go across the bridge and right before the lights and intersection of Latta Road (left) Infinity Road (right) you will see McD's, Don Cecilios, and Handy Chinese in the left in the shopping center and a little further down on the right you will see Subway. Little Caesar's is back, 11 am to 10pm Monday to Saturday 12pm - 9pm Sundays.
Looks like vermin answered your question quite thoroghly. There are a few other possibilities for food but that really is a majority of the options you that way.
Just across the street from West Point Park ( Roxborro Road ) is a Kroger that has hot lunches & salids or sandwiches at very reasonable prices + drinks + chips, etc.

Silver Spoon just north of the park on the east side of Roxboro. Fantastic restaurant with great breakfast and sandwiches.
