Where is the gift shop to purchase a pass? Thought I saw some one say cost is about $100. For a year? That's a lot for just a day trip. Are mosquitos or flys a problem?

No gift shop. You have to get in touch with the owners. And no there is usually no mosquitos but nats come out in the evenings sometimes Usually there is a nice breeze that keeps them away. Beautiful place to go for relaxation. If you want to speak to an owner I can give your number for them to call you about pricing.
