Only service dogs
Just curious and from upstate NY. Is there a permit application the restaurant can complete requesting permission for non-service dogs on the patio? It might boost business! Thanks!
No restaurant can legally allow pets, except for service animals. The law has been on the books for over 30 years.
I had my yorkie there this spring.. we didn't go through the restaurant, there is a walkway to the marina parking lot next door...
I expect the service dog answer is correct.
