I got a job offer invitation from HR manager Mr prof Johnson s..but Im not able to contact him.is this invitation a genuine one?

I got a job appointment letter from HR manager Prof .Dr Johnson .S of Colusa medical center ,Webster street ,USA .And he called me yesterday for the further actions for the procurement of work /resident permit and travel documents.In the contact letter they told me to contact Pacific travel and tours 9950,Flair Dr ,El Monte,CA 91731, USA.

My cousin also got one. Is this genuine?Anybody else?
