You have to go through a process, and go to Carson at some point to receive the Notary papers for it. But first like everyone else says ask a doctor to assess your pain and plea essentially to be prescribed for Medical Mariajuana. My brother has epilepsy and got his card awhile back in around 2016 and paid around 300 for his card. It can be around the same price or cheaper now I'm sure.
