I Googled that question and mostly I read that MYNT and Silver State are good. Silver State has some really good sales sometimes and the product is good, speaking from personal experience. Also I know they use what they sell as well, some budtenders are very knowledgeable.

They were one of the first dispensaries in reno/sparks area. Originally a medical only dispensary, now a recreational and medical dispensary. They have a great selction of in house flower and a wide variety of vendors to choose from. They have a medical line if you have your medical card which will save you lots of time and cash.
