All cartridges can be returned within a certain amount of days if anything is ever wrong with the cartridge. Just return to the store with the receipt and let them know what's up.
Never had that problem, but I definitely agree with Jaime Thomas. They've always had fantastic customer service.
I would go right back n show them its EMPTY they should give u a new one
Atleast half of it needs to be in the cartridge if there is any issue. Mine leaked inside my purse I clearly showed them my bag was sticky and had receipt but gave no resolution ✌
