WAS A NICE PLACE. I live near by and pass by every day. I shake my head on disbelief that it has come to this. Back in the day, society would not permit such a thing. If the Government want to help not hand out, give them a job to be accountable for. At least let them earn their keep. A wise person said " If you work hard for something, you take pride and care of it." A hand out isn't a hand up.
