No it is a homeless shelter. You have to show Id and I believe a tb test

You have to be there in the morning to get tb test, then in the afternoon to check in then wait in designated area until a bus picks you up and takes you to a church where you'll eat then sleep. The bus picks you up and drops you back off at the shelter until it opens at 8am.
