Very disappointed in this location. There is one employee Leslie who is consistently rude and short. And people wonder why this location is failing and run down. I am a long time customer and on a regular basis she is rude and difficult. I am close to pulling all my Rx’s and leaving. One med has a pre-auth that she “forgets” how to do every time it comes up. Though the Drs staff has told me over & over they teach her each time. Last week I got a text saying my med would be ready today 2-3. So I call Today she trys telling me my Rx wont be available till this afternoon because they just opened. I said, “at 9am? And hour ago?” And she says with an attitude, “uhh yes!!” Sad part is I am very friendly and get along with everyone. I am that guy that “lights up a room” when I enter. But because she doesn’t like me because I did a negative Yelp review last year and I don’t let her treat me like she probably treats everyone in her life she gives me mediocre service every time. I am tired of it. I am close to filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the state Pharmacy board. She does as little as she can to help. Other than Leslie, Amy and Crystal, Thomas, a couple others the Pharmacy staff are awesome! It is sad one person spoils it for the Store. And no one seems to care. My next review will be a letter to the Corporate office. I am tired of it. Do people not realize your customers pay your salary?! Sad. I don’t expect much from her but just to do her job and be decent. Spend your money elsewhere! Update; Well, I can say I’m pleasantly surprised. Amy must’ve showed up for work. Because the prescription actually got filled at a decent time. Still, the damage has been done. Unless something changes in the way I’m treated when I approach this particular individual I plan on writing a letter to the corporate office. I’ve had enough.

Crystal in the pharmacy gives me the best flu shots ever. She could be a nurse if she pursued that career. She is friendly, attentive and has never made a mistake with my prescriptions. The rudest pharmacy people ever. Be sure to check your prescription, they made mistakes on two of my meds. The other employees are super nice. I busted the pharmacist smoking by the garden area!?! Hahahaha.
