Our clubs do not have a pool, but our Michigan Center club does have tanning. We do work with and accept several insurance options. It would be best to set an appointment and come into the gym with your insurance approval code (your insurance representative can verify gym locations that are acceptable and go over payment options with you prior to the appointment).
Don't know about insurance, but they don't have a pool. It's not big enough.
