As for as I know, fish and chicken separate, but, if it is that critical, I would call first or avoid altogether.

When I had the chicken it only tasted like chicken. But I cannot say for sure if it isn't cook with fish too.
I don't know the answer but I can't imagine that they use a seperate fryer for just fish. I've done a lot of resteraunt work, also someone with a lethal food allergy should never eat fast food.
The only help I can give is it has never had a bad taste or odor like restaurants that do cross cook. Hope this helps but cannot give a solid conclusion.
