Pat, I do understand completely. I have MS, but I'm not in a wheelchair, but I can not stand in one place very long. I will be going to Kohl's today or tomorrow and I will let them know the situation. They have rang my items up at customer service when I have an exchange. Which store where you at? Salisbury or Kannapolis? My daughter in law shopped at Kohl once and they overcharged her and she look the number to the office and called and told them the situation and refunded the money back to her card. Pat, they will also give you the difference back if you were charged more one day and then item went on sale days later. Please call and speak with the store manager about it and that you paid more the next day and they should refund the difference. I really understand your frustration because I have been in similar situations because of my disability. Debbie

Pat I do understand your situation and you have every right to be frustrated. Myself I do not work for Kohls but I kniw somebody who does and they say to call the store and get the distict managers number so you can talk to them.
