They did mine and the lady was great fast and simple friendly healed up great no problems clean place looks kinds rough location but it's clean on the inside and a friendly staff I would gladly go back again.

It depends on the type of jewelry it is and it has to be sterilized before the piercing which takes about 1 hour.

Depends on where piercing is located. I would go back to where you got the piercing and have them look at it, or really any piercing shop. It could be multiple things causing it, but should be able to treat any issue without losing the piercing.
