What happened to customer service? They gave me the wrong pizza the manger ask that I bring the incorrect pizza back which was fine even tho I was already home. When I got back to the store the manger took a look at it and threw it away angrily. She was rude the entire time not one time did she say we apologize nothing just kept slamming pans down so that I guess I could see she was mad. It’s not my fault i got the wrong pizza. I wasn’t mad I just wanted the pizza I ordered. There are other things in this world to be mad about. Never had a bad experience until today.

My deep dish pizza was the bomb. Perfect in every way. Domino's has come a long way baby. The $5.00 delivery charge is a bit much. And a $2.00 Tip makes your pizza $20.00. Taste and satisfying.

heads up ... They do not require no contact roadside pickup. You can drive there and call them till you are blue in the face .. they are not coming outside with your order. You are required to go inside, contrary to the website stating they DO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS INSIDE. You can forget the times defined when you place your order as well. The website said ready in 20-25 minutes. It was 40. Mainly why I posted on here, then I opened my sandwich. The meat was paper thin. Huge sub, but it is really a couple of thin slices of meat. I don't know if you can double order the meat, but if I could I would have.

Ordered a pizza for pick up 2 days ago and when we get it home the pizza is burnt and unable to eat. So I call and tell them of the problem. The lady I spoke with said they would replace it for free with anything I want. So I called back today and told them of the issue and that I wanted to get my free pizza and all I got was attitude from guy who answered the call and manager was rude as well. Didn't ask for my name or number. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back to this location again. I'd rather go to Marco's where I'm treated with respect and the foods never burnt.

That's not good. If I were you, I would call back, ask for the manager. Get his name and if manager or assistant. . Tell him/her what happened, if you get no satisfaction then take the next step I.would look. up the store info on line and let corporate know what has happened. I like Dominos bit I can always change. You were done.wrong. NOT EVEN COOL!
