Stopped in awhile ago at their old location. Guy at the counter wasn't any help and completely ignored me when another customer (who I'm assuming he knew pretty well) walked in and they just sat at the counter and talked. Never went back …Sorry you felt that way. I think you may have my shop confused, at my old location, I didn't have a counter. My gunsmith area was in the back, separate business from upfront. Hope you will come by our new location!

Had a Midwest Industries rail installed. Wife picked it up for me and when I got home to inspect it, the rail was visibly crooked and he didnt use the adhesive supplied in the install kit around the barrel nut. Unacceptable work.

There are spring kits to reduce the pull weight but shortening the trigger pull is not possible to my knowledge.
