Yes. You can even use the wifi and restroom without ordering. The beer and coffee are delicious, though, food as well. Pretty hard to resist.
This is a friendly space, so I imagine as long as you don't take a bunch of friends who all want to sit around and tie up the space, it should not be an issue.
