Not understanding why the 2 hostess were so rude to my kids and I while we patiently waited on our guests to arrive! This really made myself and all my guests apprehensive about this place and if we'll ever be returning in the near future!

I've never had a rude experience, but I have had an awkward experience, I do believe it's due to culture differences

I am sorry you didn't have a good experience. This is truly a great restaurant and I have had nothing but an awesome time while dining here. I read a previous answer and I have to disagree. This is definitely a children friendly environment. In fact the last time I was there, there were children in the Hibachi area. The staff is quite courteous and enjoy engaging the customers. We enjoy it so much, my mothers birthday dinner will be here this evening. We are all human and sometimes have not so favorable days. I hope that you give them another chance.

I've never had a bad experience at this place. Always great service and food.

They do seem aggressive, but I don't believe it is intentional. Almost as if there is a cultural gap. Each time my family goes, the host and hostess are aggressive, but courteous and polite.

America is really the only place where people in customer service are aggressively polite. What may have seemed rude to you is probably them not sucking up to please you. That's the dining culture in America.

My kids and I waited on our guests to arrive, so while waiting my kids grabbed some mints and that's when the whispering and chatter began! My kids weren't running around the restaurant or anything of the sort! I went and told them how many would be in our party, one host was like okay, wait for them to get here and go have a seat (as if I were a child) even if so the rudeness that came from her made me want to leave right then and there! Then the other host came over to where we were and started sweeping as if my kids made a mess with the mints! This is not what I expect from customer service and NO it's not okay! My daughter wanted her birthday dinner at a hibachi restaurant and this restaurant will not be a choice! People need to evaluate their employees! No one should recieve nothing but exceptional customer service experience when dining and especially for the money we pay on top of the gratuity charge!

I love this place and will be going there with a large family group, including children, very soon for my birthday celebration...3rd year in a row!

Sorry that happened to you. I don't ever see little kids going there, teens maybe. Wonder if that had something to do with it. I've only ever had the best customer service. It's one of my top places to eat, because of it.

My family and i were there for a birthday last Sunday our cook had either cut himself or burnt himself and instead of stepping away and taking care of his injury or sending us someone else he continue to cook was extremely grossed out

Great food, great cooks... But the service is easily worst ever. I have to think it's because they don't pay anyone to serve
