You can't go wrong with a buffett. You can try them all a little at a time n then go back for what you really like. As much as you want or can. I like how you can see the food already than guessing at a menu, or how the picture never match the delivered plate. I think that's worth another dollar in my book. Good food is worth the money. And, you can't beat variety. It's a place where you can have it all.
Jane we agree that the price of our lunch buffet is higher than the Chinese Buffets and we sure agree that when you're in the mood for Chinese food they are the way to go. The entire premise of what we do, freshly prepared food made in small batches all day long means we're cooking all day long and not opening cans and boxes but cooking real food the way it used to be done. We prepare over 100 pounds of mashed potatoes every day, starting by boiling red skin potatoes, we slice and prepare 2 to 4 cases of fresh squash daily, our greens are washed 5 or 6 times and then cooked for 4 hours & we use over 35 cases each week, and the same amount of attention is put into all of our products. The carving station features steak, Roasted turkey breast, Smoked & slow cooked Pork Loin (Quickly becoming a favorite) and both pork and beef grilled sausage every day Monday through Friday. We're only mentioned this because it's not just the cost of the food, it's our trained staff that costs too.
I have been 3 times. And have never been disappointed
Meh, choice is as important to me as price. The carving bar is worth the extra cost. It's a 5 star from me. Good food, good service and they are always glad to see me. Worth the $$.
Brickhouse is a nice place to eat but as the person said above it's a little too pricey
food to good to complain

When is the buffet? What are the selections? Is the prime rib and filet mignon the buffet headers?
