Your typical continental breakfast items bagels cereal oatmeal toast some pastries and I believe there was a waffle maker as well.
They also have on, apple juice, some kind of fruit, yogurt, occasionally buiscuits and gravy or scrambled eggs. It's not gourmet dining but decent for a bargain priced motel. Have stayed there many times, never a bad experience.
