I stayed 3 nights with a $60 deposit then checked out and checked right back in for another 3 nights with another $60 dep when will the first deposit go back on my card I've been out of that room for 2 days

This sounds like a problem you will have to talk with your bank about. Most banks will take 2-3 days to process the transaction. They will also be able to tell you if the problem is on their side or the hotel's side.
