If I was able to provide a zero star I would! I was very upset about this hotel. I can not even say anything about our stay because we were unable to stay because of a gas leak. We were not notified that our stay was cancelled until arriving after driving 140 miles with two kids under 4. Better yet prior to leaving we received an email confirming our stay. We were not offered anything for the major inconvenience, and had to find ourselves somewhere to stay last minute further away from where we wanted to stay. Also during my conceits the front desk they notified me that the water park has been closed for 2 years even though it does not say that at all!!! I am very disappointed and upset and has me not ever wanting to stay with any of their establishments here or around the country anymore.

It was so gross! Holes in sheets. Hair in one of the beds. Bathroom was disgusting! Dirt ring on tub. Food crumbs on floor. No coffee pot. No breakfast. I have never stayed in a hotel this gross.

Two words: BED BUGS. We ran out of our room like a bat out of hell when we discovered bed bugs in the morning after we stayed over Memorial Day weekend for a wedding. We have attempted to call this hotel at the number listed several times to inform them and send photos. The phone number listed is wrong and we have been unable to reach them. I contacted Expedia, where I made the reservation, and they can't even reach them. In addition to the bed bugs, the room smelled musty and the carpet was disgusting. This place is ridiculously overpriced and gross. Stay away.

No pool available, no microwave. Malfunction with fridge. Wall paper peeling, and no trash bags even, breakfast was terrible I’ve had better breakfast options at 2 star hotels. Unfortunately I was told to go here because the other two option nearby where bad, next time I will take my chances atleast I won’t pay 160 a night and not even get a pool.

This sounds like a problem you will have to talk with your bank about. Most banks will take 2-3 days to process the transaction. They will also be able to tell you if the problem is on their side or the hotel's side.

Maybe 12-15 years old. Was an independent hotel for a few years before being purchased, remodeled and branded as a Fairfield. I stayed every Tuesday for business in the area before and after the name changes and it was better afterwards as far as bed comfort etc... I cant talk about the connected waterpark because i never went to it but thats as old as the hotel. Much nicer hotel than you will find in the Benton Harbor or Paw Paw area. Have to go to Kalamazoo to find anything nicer and pay more.
