Are passes included with the price of the hotel room

Depends on the package you buy

You can get just hotel price or hotel and water park price. We try and stay there everytime I visit my dad just a few miles down the road. The water is never cold like all other places. Everyone is very nice. Ive never ever had a problem there. Wish the water park was open all week not just on weekends.
