Yes you can. You used to be able to do lane returns at night as well but as of recently they have changed the policy on that so you have to come at the hours the service desk is open which it is open starting at 8:00am and closes sometime before 10:30pm.

You can return purchases chain-wide, any store. The exception is you can't return Apple products at all, gotta call Apple for that.
