I have inquired many times about a certain type of Green Tea in the Asian section. Each time I have talked to someone they seem to be helpful. They ask for my phone number every time and they say someone will contact me. I have never received a call.

He's talking about employees at the store. I've had the same thing happen so I only go to a manager now. Always get get a quick response.

You can also call the 800 number. Not sure what it is. You can call the store and get it. Usually they call back really quick and you will get what you need.
