This location continues to disappoint!!! Again & again... Gone in for 2 or 3 items & they have done of them! The spirit shop is the only part worth visiting. Employees seem to hate working there. And are not helpful at all. The store closes at 11:00 pm. Not friendly to 2nd shift workers. Meijer on Preston is open til midnight. And have welcoming, friendly assciates. Kroger is losing so much business by not being open til midnight. They don't seem to care either.

This Kroger is price gouging they have their milk at $3.59 everywhere else is still $1.59 also I noticed that several other projects were overpriced versus other Kroger's like 3rd street and Central Station price gouging at a Time Like This taking from the poor to fill your Rich Pockets the news needs to be involved and will be notified

Oh where to start. First of all NOT everyone parked in the handicap spots are handicap. The handicap carts are NEVER charged, left outside, used by someone who doesn't truly need one and One has a wheel about to fall off. (Can you say lawsuit? ) The service sucks. Trying to get anyone to help you is impossible. Expressing you concerns to management it pointless. they do not care. This Kroger has truly gone down hill. Do better or get better management.

Carla when there is only one person working the service desk and they NEED to take a lunch they will shut it down for 30 minutes or so to take their lunch or break. Customer service desk is usually always understaffed but after a former employee had stolen a large amount money (in increments) they are VERY timid about who they allow to run the service desk to avoid it happening again. And it doesnt help that they keep telling customers that the service desk closes at 10pm when in reality they start shutting it down at 9.30ish to get everything they need to do done. But for anyone wondering as to why the customer service desk is closed mid day/afternoon its most likely because the person running it needed to either take a break or lunch and they didnt have another person to cover that break or lunch, so they had to shut it down for 15-30 mins.
No unfortunately Kroger doesn't sell dry ice. I'm not sure where you can purchase dry ice in Louisville. Possibly a welding supply house. Will have to come from a business that has liquid nitrogen on hand considering that is what is used to make dry ice.
