If I start at the bridge and walk downstream, how many yards will it take to reach the pools?
It depends on what campgrounds you reserve honestly. If you get lucky and get a sight close to the bridge and bathrooms, then it'll be a nice walk through the woods and a beautiful meadow. Another option is a decent hike through the woods and then eventually find the meadow that leads to the pools.
