The part i walked on is loose gravel. So it depends if you have a stroller with big wheels. There are other trails, but i didnt try them. Bob Peeler is a volunteer there who's really pleasant to talk to.
It is a very short hike and would do fine with any stroller however being a mom myself jogging strollers would do better since it is gravel
There is a 0.3-mile reasonably steep gravel trail to the top of the mountain. If visiting on the weekend, there is a van that can take you to the top free of charge.
No nor really, most of the trails, though some parts of it is paved, most is gravel, but there is transportation to the top and if the weather is good you have wonderful views to Mountains, parts of Charlotte and Winston-salem Worth the visit.
In parts but since it is a mountain there are steps and you are going to go up hill
