Why did an associate just lie to me about the paint mixing machine being broke? I went back the very next day early in the am and it was never out of service.

One didn't know how to work it or 2lazy didn't want to do their job

Disappointingly, it's becoming the normal...due to poorly trained sales associates, lack of interest and finally, limited concerns regarding offering good consumer services. As consumers, we need to contact district managers and headquarters; in addition, it would be beneficial for those individuals to role play as secret shoppers or customers to experience the lack of service and poor service first hand.
