To the best of my knowledge yes. No one has ever bothered us about it. Just park with the Semis and be careful 😊

Yes they do allow it! There are designated areas for it! I travel to St Louis a lot and that's where we stayed to sleep one time and no problems! Also drove there about 3am to go to the bathroom and saw about 8 trucks there for the night
Don't recall any signs saying you can't. You would have to park with the 18 wheelers. And of course as with any rest stop be alert to stay safe.
