You would have a difficult time finding a seat at the bar on a Saturday night, but you can usually find a cozy table either inside by the fireplace or outback.
The bar area can fill up Thursday - Saturday but there is always plenty of seating both inside and out.
Like most places in Charlotte, peak hours are going to be busy. Ive never had a problem finding a seat, though.

It can get packed on the weekend but during the week is will be slower.
