I really enjoy going to this Starbucks the crew is always has smiles on their faces. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. This location is located uptown and can get really busy. The crew does a great job of getting your oder to you fast.The fact that this location is Uptown there's a lot homelessness. This crew does a good job of dealing with this situation on several occasions I've seen associates do a good of handling people come in a go to sleep. They have a lot to deal with and still manage to keep a smile on their faces. I wouldn't want to have work under these circumstances.

The barista are pretty new and unaware of other features Starbucks offers like Uber eats. I would to see more well rounded and experienced individuals working in the store. I see they are short staffed (like most locations) so I recommend patience for these individuals working behind the counters. I would also recommend reading back the drinks and double check with the guest if unaware of what’s needed in the drink. One of my drinks were made incorrectly and I didn’t noticed till I got home because I was in a rush. (That’s my fault for not double checking). However, the baristas are very polite and definitely want to get you on your way as soon as possible.
