I felt like I was in a disco. Music was very loud. Poor choice of music. Should be classical for a vet office. Masks should be optional - not required. My bird spent hours at the vet to just have her band removed. I was promised it would take a couple of hours but took the entire day.

All the staff & veterinarians at RHVH are friendly, kind, and respectful. As a first time dog owner they answer all questions and truly love my pup as much as I do. They came recommended from others and I’m so glad we chose to take our pet here for their care. They texted us pics when our dog was in for surgery, it’s easy to make appointments and reach the front desk. We’ve seen many of the doctors and they’re all great, you don’t have to worry about seeing the same one every appointment. We love RHVH!
