The website says that there are 25+ miles of horse trails.

Not sure they have horse trails.

None in the park but down the mountain on the Chatsworth side is stables and they have trails up the mountain. You can also drive North to Grassy Mtn. Grassy Mtn (Jack's River) they have plenty of horse trails and camping.
