I placed my order online at the subway located at 920 N 3rd Ave, and had someone pick it up for me. When I got my food I realized my receipt had been put on the wrong order along with the receipt of the person who had actually ordered the food. I called the store to find out what had happened and to see if I could get the food I actually paid for. I was told by the server I talked to that the manager was in a meeting and that she didn't know what to do but that she would take my name and number and have the manage call me back. 30 minutes later I called back and was told the manager was still in the meeting, I have yet to hear from anyone from subway and it's been almost 3 hours. I will not be returning back to that branch again.

My sub was was so over cooked it was hard to even eat. Top this with only slowing some people buy cookies makes for a terrible over all experience.

Customer service was awful and rude!! We had to repeat what we wanted many times. The sandwich maker was trying to get cashier to ring up while still fixing our sandwich! We told them drink & chips several times but they kept asking as she wouldnt let him run the cash register ⁷ Plus, no ice in the machine or available.

I've always liked that you can order your sandwich just the way you want it ! No surprises ! No mistakes !
