No, they do Not take reservations. The issue with reservations is if you have people not show up you have employees standing around and a full lobby of people waiting with tons of open tables for "reservations" so companies are switching to a Priority Seating route where if you call ahead and get your name on the list, When you arrive your time on the waitlist is halved due to the fact you were already on the list. It helps you not wait as long as everyone else while not making others wait for people who may never show.
My is experience is no call ahead. We were given a hand held notifier. Good idea to call the location you're planning to visit as each one might have a different policy.
